NextGen Coding is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization aiming to bridge the digital divide. Our mission is to empower the next generation in computer science by providing free coding resources & training to underserved communities. We have hosted multiple workshops, events, and activities for over 120 underserved students in Atlanta to further develop programming skills and to offer students opportunities to learn in technology.

Analyzed optimization dynamics in a simple artificial neural network for the XOR problem – predicting the output of two binary inputs subject to XOR logic – to ultimately guide network training processes more efficiently in larger networks

Oversaw 20 instructors and supported 150+ students by administering assessments, creating personalized learning plans, and updating parents on student progress.

Led 105 members (a 35% increase) in computer science themed workshops and activities, such as coding, artificial intelligence, and web development.

Organized competitive opportunities and hosted workshops for members to prepare them for events such as American Computer Science League (four students qualified for finals) and CyberStart America.

Throughout my Scouting journey in Troop 207, I have held various leadership roles and have achieved the prestigious Rank of Eagle Scout, the highest attainable rank in the Scouts BSA program. Since it was first awarded in 1912, only 5% of Boy Scouts have earned such a distinction.Eagle Project - I successfully led a team of 13 Scouts, adults, and friends in constructing six beautifully crafted benches for the North America Shirdi Sai Temple of Atlanta. The six benches were sanded, stained, and assembled in order to provide devotees with comfortable seating.

Designed and implemented website features (e.g. headers/footers, internal links, etc.) to ensure user-friendly interactions, performed weekly quality assurance checks, and managed 130+ products (parts and equipment) on the e-commerce platform
