Working for a long standing publishing company which caters for the military and several blue chip companies.I am the first point of contact for several editors from within the Armed Forces for their station magazines, gazettes and journals. I work independently, laying out the projects from start to finish.I also assist colleagues by contributing to their projects to aid them in completing all aspects to tight deadlines.Responsibilities include:• Liaising with customers regarding design briefs both face to face and over the telephone.• Producing and developing gazettes and magazines for the British Armed Forces.• Designing and producing print ready artwork for a wide range of companies.

Working for a well established digital and lithographic B2 printers I was responsible for:• Liaising with customers regarding design briefs both face to face and over the telephone.• Producing and developing a range of artwork including brochures, sales literature, company logos, exhibition stands, signage, menus and vehicle livery• Flowing work through the prepress stages to finishing plates.• Imposing jobs efficiently.• Managing the work flow from studio to print.• Training junior members of staff.
