I worked as a Systems Administrator and Help Desk tech as the only technician role in an office of roughly 25-50. With a Tech support staff which was made up of only myself and my boss, the Head of the IT Dept, we supported between 25-50 end users per day. (the number is inexact because we had 36 office staff, ~3-5 members of the tribal council in their offices, students of the tribe who had received a computer from the tribe for school, as well as answering any question or request from a tribal member regarding a device either via phone or by coming to the front desk of the tribal office.the types of support we usually offered was HelpDesk through Zendesk ticketing to recieve Service requests from end users, we also received requests via work phone and email.Besides the help desk support I offered here, I also did device repair for damaged devices which would save money for the company to fix. I also helped organize the secure recycling of legacy hardware to protect sensitive data while clearing the room in our server room. Beyond this, I came up with a process of flagging every time a device from any Dept has been repaired, serviced, had logged an error or a crash, and using this information in the process of coordinating with the different Departments to determine their Tech needs for the upcoming quarter based on my evaluation as well as the end user requests, allowing for a relatively accurate forecast of budget requirements needed to cover the repair and replacements for the quarter, through the data mentioned regarding it's state based on 4 key indicators of PC health
