(1) Started as a Telecom Technician in 1992 in Indchem Electronics (3 Years) by working on the various telecom switching systems of C-DOT, (2) I handled many roles and responsibilities such as Tech support engineer @ L&T (approx. 5 Years) (C-DOT Carrier grade switching systems like SBM RAX, MAX, MAX XL, etc.,) (3) I had an year with L&T Sharp joint (1 year) venture called as Sharp Business systems operating out of L&T premises in chennai played a regional support role for all telecom and automation solution of L&T and Sharp (4) Started my carrier as Team lead technical support with TATA Telecom/AVAYA global Connect (Approximately 7 Years) for key accounts like Standard Chartered Bank/Cognizant Technology solutions/Bharti (Earlier Airtel), Client Support Manager for 3 years & Key Account Manager (Support) for an year (mostly worked with AVAYA Switching system) in AVAYA Global Connect (5) Joined as Senior Manager with Sutherland Global services from June 2008 till date. Worked on various roles includes Global Telecom operations, Technology Solution, Technology Project Management.
