Current• Providing the design of the solution in details, in collaboration with the business process owners, involving configuration & customization requirements.• After moving the configuration on production instance, arranging & conducting end-user training, on the use of the product, enabling the client to use the system.• Acting as Functional Consultant on Oracle Human Resource modules like Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence and Payroll • Identifying the risk factors and planning mitigation process to eliminate the hindrance to the successful completion of the project.• Executing the environment for conducting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as effectively managing Data Migration and resolving issues and SRs. • Frequently preparing reports about the project to the client, on exactly about the progress of the same, adhering to requirements of the proposal.
