CMS - Health Insurance Market Place - MIDAS:Brought in as a leader and expert in Data & Analytics to successfully transition, take over MIDAS (Multi Dimensional Insurance Data Analytics System) hosted in the AWS cloud platform, and effectively manage the operations and delivery of the CMS USD 52 million contract.Successfully transitioned MIDAS from the previous contractor in 2 months, took control of MIDAS, organized and structured the operations and delivery teams, managed Open Enrollment immediately post transition without any issues, and effectively positioned RELI Group as a leader in Data & Analytics space.
