 Providing end user application software (MS Outlook, Antivirus (Kasper SKY) etc. and Operating System maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting hardware and software support.  Installation of Variant software (Back Office & Trading Software), and having experience of Variant troubleshooting Installation and operate of Microsoft Office, Acrobat Reader, all type software when required and Troubleshooting on Roaming profile & Configuration of Microsoft outlook in the environment of Exchange Server. Working with remote software like R Admin, Team Viewer, Any Desk, VNC viewer for troubleshooting. Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN) issues and Network related issues. Configure and Troubleshooting of Network Printer and Local Printer. / Scanner related issues (Limited to driver / OS issues- No hardware support). Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop, Laptop and associated peripherals. Operating System troubleshooting like Windows Xp, Windows 7, Windows 8. Coordinate with Vendors for IT asset repairing and logging calls for warranted assets. Voice logger Installation And Troubleshooting
