• Responsible for statutory compliance and licensing.• Involvement in Recruitment, Coordinate with T A partner of mass hiring/Lateral hiring.• Attrition Analysis & executing strategies to control Attrition.• Maintaining Outsourced Employees End to end H.R. Activities.• Payroll Process, Statutory & Compliance (E.S.I.C,P.F.,CLRA, etc)• Handling employee grievances and investigating the disciplinary issues/cases.• Taking Disciplinary measures like issuing Suspension, Warning letter & Show-cause letter.• Adhere Performance Management System.• Coordinate with Vendors while handling Employee Benefits i.e. Medical claims, Employee Insurance, Accidental and Death Claims, PF withdrawal & ESIC Claims.• To ensure that employee communication takes place in an organisation in an effective way - such as HOD's meetings, Cross Functional Meetings, Open House sessions, In house HR Magazine publication, Meetings with HR Head, Ops Head..• Reward and Recognition policies and schemes implementation• Employee Grievance handling -As & when Required.• Employee Satisfaction survey and action on its improvement areas -Annually and action plans on a need basis.• Employee bonding and keeping employee morale high by planning and Implementation of employee Engagement Initiatives.• HR Audits and its action plan.• Statuary Compliance - Monitor and Prepare action Plan based on audit Score for 100%. Compliance.
