Project Engineer with an emphasis on team performance - technical excellence, project delivery and business development capabilityRoles & Responsibilities 1. Manage and oversee day to day based residential and commercial screw pier projects.2. Develop and maintain a 14-day schedule for operational activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, resource availability, and organizational goals.3. Organise and direct site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment, and establishing detailed programs for coordination of site activities.4. Scoping, coordinating, and delivering projects from proposal through execution to close out, ensuring technical requirements are being fulfilled, as well as meeting scheduling, budgeting and quality requirements.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and subcontractors from the quoting phase through to project execution.6. Provide project engineering-based technical leadership and direction7. Management of project budget against plans and forecast to ensure healthy financial performance.8. Effectively supervise operational and supervisory staff and subcontractors.9. Process progress claims and variations accordingly, adhering to contractual/ Quote obligations and timelines.10.Assist in the management and tracking of project expenditure against the budget, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.11. Prepare, review, and submit project-related claims including negotiations, ensuring timely resolution and payment.12. Work Closely with in-house Geotechnical Engineers for site based Geotechnical Problems.
