After more than 25 years of leadership in dynamic workplace environments, with diverse cultures and customer facing pressure I continue to discover new layers of passion and enthusiasm for what I do. I have opened, run and owned multiple successful hospitality venues and run teams of more than 60 staff.I continue to do pro bono political lobbying and advocacy work for the hospitality industry in NZ and never run shy of hard work or a hard conversation.At a strategic level I continue to run different brands concurrently, evolve training programmes to reflect the ideologies of the youth moving through, and take courses on leadership around the country. I love troubleshooting and and am in my happy place when there is the need to find a solution that is 'outside the box'.I have had years of media exposure and experience and am a very confident public speaker. My next career move will be to a company that can make the most of my enthusiastic leadership style and challenge me to think on a more global scale.
