Envisioned migration methodology and developed a suite of migration tools for the firm for rapid migration of Forte applications to J2EE compliant Multi –tiered, distributed and transaction intensive Java applications with asynchronous messaging. The tools helped the firm to acquire a number of prestigious clients and revenues of over $15 million.Involved in maintaining and enhancing the XML based – EAI Adapters for Siebel, Oracle, Netscape Messaging Server. All the above Adapters were developed using Forte – An Integrated distributed environment. Established a Maintenance Process that covers Change management and configuration management procedures that are successfully implemented to date.Worked as Lead Developer at Sydney, Australia on a 3-tier Client server Insurance Project
