This reflects in the way I lead my personal and professional life. I prefer to be the 🐢 rather than a 🐰. At Atomstate, I've taken the responsibility of designing a resilient and scalable platform. Researching on architectural trends, extracting best practices, documenting everything in detail, and optimizing iteratively form the major chunk of my responsibilities. Apart from these, I am also responsible for hiring colleagues (which is a tough nut to crack 😂).
