• Manage and Support Checkpoint firewalls to protect our Private and Public Cloud.

• Maintain and Support MoneyMart Financial Services Network, Network Security and Telecom Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure used by Corporate (includes collaboration), Retail and Call Centers
• Define Network and Telecom Roadmap and ensure it is aligned with the business requirements and growth.
• Supervise staff and contractors in planning, implementation of on-going projects and Level 3 technical support.
• Manage Retail Network/Telecom vendor relationship: o All Network and Telecom contracts/renewals. o Work with key vendors to resolve any disruption of services within Money Mart locations. o Provide reliable internet.
• Plan and implement upgrades as part of the Retail Network refresh technology cycle every 3 years with refresh of 1/3 stores annually.
