Prepare and present Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Half-Yearly SLA report.• Defining GPI, KPI, GPI and negotiation with client on SLAs, OLAs, cost at the time of contract renewal.• Responsible for invoicing and account receivables and collections• Configuration of CMDB in HPSM for all upstream and downstream applications and interfacing CMDB with Change, Incident and Problem management process in HP SM.
