Job Profile:-  Responsible for Incident management, End user support and Problem Management. Preparing all Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports and sharing with WELSPUN and HP management. Lead L1 and L2 team for resolving real –time critical incidents. Involve in daily meeting with client for getting the update on day to day functioning of project. Responsible to prepare and manage the shift roster (as per operation and client requirement). Daily follow-up discussion with onsite engineers to clear dependency. Giving IT support to all over Domestic & International WELSPUN client. Working on IT operations Roll out activities. Working on Dashboard maintaining all SLA for incidents. Handling escalations to proper team member.  Handling Helpdesk Team for FCR of Tickets. Guidance to L1 engineers for daily activities .Maintaining Knowledge base. Making daily incident reports and circulating to proper team member. Arrange field engineer within SLA. Works on Active Directory server (Password Reset / Policy setting) Working on VNC for Remote support to WELSPUN clients. Coordination with vendor for assets, hardware. Works on Video Conferencing Projectors Configure & Troubleshoot wireless Network Works on IT Project activities, Branch Roll out.

Job Profile:- Period – Oct 2014 to till date (Project SBIG) as Team Lead Data center operation Engineer Monitor all application on NMM  Taking all application Back up through tape backup configure and monitor daily back up. Taking care of inward and outward of tapes with proper retention. Monitor cage area of SBIG Data center. Working on Dashboard maintaining all infrastructures SLA for incidents. Working on Lotus notes  Working on Domino for Notes ID creation / Password Reset. Installation & Configuration of Lotus notes / Microsoft outlook Registration of New user’s Convert Outlook PST to Lotus NSF Conversion Works on new Branch roll out (including all connectivity used for operation). Coordination with vendor for assets, hardware. Giving Remote support to SBI General Clients Works on Cisco communicator call managero Troubleshooting & configuration on Cisco IP phoneso Preparing Cisco historical reports Works on Active Directory server (Password Reset / Policy setting) Works on Video Conferencing Projectors Making work permit and OGP for Engineers. Making shift roster for engineers.  Handling escalations to proper team member.  Vendor management with Airtel for network link issues. Asset management for all Data center devices. Working on sites cope for monitor application and preparation reports. Making daily reports (Back up ,Policy, control M ) Monitor alerts for all application escalate to proper team. Making query report to SQL
