Accomplished Professional with specialisation in Information & Communication Technologies with 24 years of distinguished and wide experience across IP/MPLS Networks, Satellite Communication, Business Operations, Program Management, Defence Procurement, and Electronics Manufacturing. I have been fortunate to have acquired a Rich mix of experience in leadership roles both in the Defence Forces as well as Industry in a Key management Role.My years in the IAF groomed me well enough to apply and develop my Technology skills while fortifying my abilities in Program Management, People Management and Org transformation. Recognised as a domain expert in IP/MPLS, have Led large technology projects like seamless migration of the IAF Satcom network, Field Communication Deployments, Redundant Communication Layering; steered large Capital acquisition programs. Strong experience in defence procurement through entire life cycle leading to fructification of contracts worth nearly Rs 2500 crores (Nearly 385 Million USD). Sound understanding of Defence Procurement Procedures and Offsets coupled with experience of interaction with MoD, MoF, DRDO, DPSUs, Private industry both Indian and Foreign. Over the years in the IAF I completed my full time M.Tech at IIT Kharagpur during the course of which my research paper was published in an international journal (“Quality of Experience (QoE) Assurance by a Multi-path Balanced Traffic-Splitting Algorithm in MPLS Networks” Annales UMCS Informatica AI IX, Lublin-Polonia, 2009 https://journals.umcs.pl/ai/article/view/3258/2452). Also have completed leadership and Strategic management Course and Agile foundation certification. Post my transition to the industry, In a short span I have grown across diverse domains in my present Company. The journey which began with Heading Special projects progressed to handling the Products, Solutions and Electronics Manufacturing BUs in a CTO Role (as KMP of the Company) and further taking on the role of COO foraying into Business development and Business Operations of the Company. Being responsible for P&L delivered growth across all BUs and streamlined various functions, Brought in significant Business, Achieved AS and ISO Quality Standards Certifications for Manufacturing Unit, Created new technology partners & Introduced new products, Improved Cash flows and inculcated fresh focus on Work Culture.
