I have been fortunate to have acquired a Rich mix of experience in leadership roles both in the Defence Forces as well as Industry in a Key management Role.My years in the IAF groomed me well enough to apply and develop my Technology skills while fortifying my abilities in Program Management, People Management and Org transformation. Recognised as a domain expert in IP/MPLS, have Led large technology projects like seamless migration of the IAF Satcom network, Field Communication Deployments, Redundant Communication Layering; steered large Capital acquisition programs. Strong experience in defence procurement through entire life cycle leading to fructification of contracts worth nearly Rs 2500 crores (Nearly 385 Million USD). Sound understanding of Defence Procurement Procedures and Offsets coupled with experience of interaction with MoD, MoF, DRDO, DPSUs, Private industry both Indian and Foreign.
