* Develop a strong understanding of the functional and technical design of internal Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises)* Monitor system performance, integrations, act on system jobs failures, and perform technical troubleshooting* Customization of entities, forms, workflows, building and sharing views, reports, dashboards, and performing routine maintenance* Responsible for user support cases, triaging questions and providing resolution via KACE* Administer business units, security roles, and field security profiles. Advise on the establishment of clear roles and permissions in accordance with compliance measures* Provide SME, technical expertise, and collaborate with engineers, technical consultants, IT, and business partners for issues, enhancements, and upgrades* Document functional design, stories, and improvements utilizing Confluence and JIRA* Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests, working closely with -- and acting as the liaison between -- Finance, Product, and Development teams.* Acts as part technical project manager, part administrator, and part CRM analyst. Works with service and development teams to ensure customer interactions are appropriately captured and reported* Establish and conduct solution validation and regression testing. Tests and approves system changes prior to deployment* Identifies potential improvements to products and processes to overall enhance user experience* Understands security best practices and work with information security team to mitigate risk* Ensure all managed and unmanaged solutions are appropriately documented* Manage the change management control process of managed and unmanaged solutions, releases, and upgrades* Create and maintain documentation and training materials for new and updated functionality and system changes for end-user
