My role as a Global Medical Team Intern involved coordinating the logistics for the Global Medical Conference in Kigali, Rwanda, I developed a range of key skills, including project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Handling the logistics for an international event required meticulous planning and seamless coordination with various stakeholders and attendees. I also supported digital health initiatives by integrating medical incident reporting systems, which enhanced my technical proficiency in managing data and improving medical documentation accessibility.
