I was with Avinash (it was Avinash Group of Poultry Industries then) working as the Technical and Marketing Officer during 1996 to June 2001. Responsibilities included for post sales service, educating the poultry farmers, publishing materials for education on health, management and also preparation of promotion materials. Postmortem of birds, sample collection, dispatch, diagnosis, treatment of flocks was in core for the role. Achieving the market share of 60% plus and expanding business in newer regions was one of the achievement of my tenure. I returned to the company on my part time basis and assisted in the company's ambitious investing in new projects that has revolutionize the hatchery business in Nepal. Serving the poultry farmers of Nepal with high quality (Hyline Brown Layers) and various broiler breeds chicks and supporting materials (medicine, equipments, logistics) and the leader in the business. I was with this business house when the company doubled its millions worth of business in the late 1990's to 2001 and 2010-12, when huge expansion and modernization was undergoing.

Teaching- Various courses of Therio, Reproductive Physiology, Scientific Writing, Clinical Conference to undergraduates, Endocrinology, Pharmacology and Animal research for Post-graduates.

As the Department Chairperson worked for all the planning, budgetary matters, courses offering and students intake. With a Professor and another faculty in the department, regular practical, theory classes and examination conduction was our prime task. I had been an active member of the Chairperson body of Rampur, IAAS who advice the Campus-Chief in various academic and college affairs.I have served in various committees, chairing on some of the fact finding and policy drafting committees of the Rampur College, IAAS, Nepal.

Similar to what I am doing now, at that time I was also supporting other departments in teaching their courses. Some such courses that I taught are namely: Toxicology, Physiology, Wildlife and Conservation, Clinical Practice and Conferences.

I was assisting the Director with managing the hospital, had at several times covered his role as a deputed director. The management of the only public Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) in Nepal with over ten staffs and three assigned vets and six veterinarians from various departments on regular duty rounds. Managing for ambulatory clinics and upgrading the VTH as a referral center has been my proud contributions.

Learnt the language, culture and history of Taiwan, worked along with my Professor Late Prof Jen Hsou Lin and others to design, develop and experiment research in the field of CAM and Reproduction Physiology. Unearthing scientific evidences and adding them to compose the picture of ancient healing arts and sharing it with the scientific community was accomplished.
