Gorkha

I worked as operation specialist in World Vision International Nepal based on Gorkha. My role is assigned to support team, monitor and ensure implementation of livelihood and WASH project. Monitor financial management and ensure compliance meeting, Coordination, collaboration and relation building with district line agencies, media, political parties, community stakeholders and ensure their support for project, implement WVI advocacy initiatives (CFLG, community journalism, child marriage end campion) integrating with sectoral activities and partnership management.

Sindhupalchok

I worked as a Livelihood Coordinator at World Vision International, Sindhupalchok. My role was to ensure livelihood-related activities implementation was based on Detail Implementation Plan (DIP). Project management, budget preparation, and cash flow monitoring, team coordination and mobilization, monitoring of the project, reporting as per donor compliance and line agencies compliance are the major assigned tasks. Vocational and skills training to youth and vulnerable groups, Working with saving groups and cooperatives, DRR activities implementation especially for LDRMP and early responder, Agro input, livestock and agriculture support, Food security, and local market strengthening and rehabilitation of road and irrigation schemes through cash for work are the major activities to be implemented.

Dolakha, Nepal

I was appointed as an advocacy and external relation focal at the district to coordinate with all the concerned stakeholders and implement the sectoral project activities smoothly.

Sindhuli Nepal

This was a government district-level body to initiate and implement peacebuilding at the grassroots level by managing and transforming conflicts of the post-conflict phase. It has an inclusive committee as participation of political parties, civil society, media, war victims, etc to discuss and make a framework for their common goal. It was working for the success of the Nepalese peace process, in the meantime it has provided compensation, vocational and professional training, etc to victims with the ultimate goal of reconciling the society. Also, it was a government organization at the local level to work for the principle of 5R in Nepalese post-conflict time.

I have pursuit my second master degree in Development studies from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka under Srilankan government scholarship.
