Experienced Chief Manager with a Proven Track Record in Copper Processing and Plant OperationsI joined Hindustan Copper Ltd. on May 31, 1990, at Khetrinagar, and have since held various positions, contributing significantly to the company's operations and financial stability. My journey began with hands-on training and quickly evolved into key roles where I addressed critical issues, especially during night shifts and emergencies.As the Engineer-in-Charge of the on-stream analyzer Courier-30, commissioned on April 12, 1995, and the Large Cell, commissioned on January 17, 1995, I tackled the challenges of flotation and low-grade copper ore processing. From 2003 to 2007, I led the Slag Treatment Plant, achieving remarkable results with a milling capacity of 600MT/day and over 87% recovery.Promoted to Senior Manager (Concentrator) in 2007, I took charge of the Crushing section, overseeing production across all shifts and ensuring optimal crusher settings, interlockings, and product output for enhanced grinding and recovery. My efforts in water recovery were bolstered by the installation of a High Rate Tailing Thickener with flocculant in 2006 and a Nucleonic Gauge in 2009, significantly improving water recovery and reducing breakdowns.In 2007, I also spearheaded the implementation of a Ceramic Filter to control moisture in copper concentrate, achieving moisture levels below 10%. My expertise was further recognized with training at BARC, Bombay, in January 2016, where I specialized in Nucleonic Gauge technology. I continue to ensure the safety and compliance of our operations by submitting regular Safety Status Reports to AERB, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay.With a strong background in copper processing, plant operations, and technological upgrades, I am dedicated to driving efficiency and innovation in the industry.
