Market intelligence: Study of trends and opportunities in the industry and provide periodic feedbacks to the management.Developing new business by virtue of market networking within the industry, existing customers, andtenders / enquires Oil and Gas magazines, etc.Preparation of bids, expression of interests for logistic services, marine base management, consignment clearances at ports / airports, vessel approvals and clearances, import – export, ware housing, base management etc.Contracts Management: Understanding of terms and conditions of contracts in force, managing risks, liabilities and deliverables to clients.Contract monitoring by maintaining monthly statements viz. contracts under progress, completed, & under renewal.Regular follow up with customers for the bids under evaluation and new enquires likely to be floated and carry out SWOT analysis for the respective projects and submit report to management for review.To monitor lost contracts and evaluate the reasons for each contracts lost.Customer Relationship Management: Power point presentations to potential and new customers as required on regular basis.Meeting all potential customers, on weekly basis, for feedback on existing contracts and business development. Responding to customers complaints / queries on priority.Collate and maintain relevant and active data on oil and gas activities being planned and undertaken at respective locations in India. • To maintain customer master primary data base.• To maintain product master defining the various services that can be offered to the clients.• Reporting to AGM – Business Development & Contracts
