Senior Business Analyst
Current• Involved in Requirements management for functional requirements gathering exercise of Cash Management corporate online banking channel.• Manage the requirements for new development initiative for cash management application for the liability line of business. Activities include:• Understand client’s business processes, identify the problems and envision solutions.• Conceptualize solutions to reach the desired end-state by understanding client's business processes and industry best practices / benchmarks, along with awareness of solution methodologies.• Perform business requirements collection & adding value by eliciting, analyzing and managing requirements correctly and comprehensively through the project lifecycle.• Understand required application functionalities and processes through session with corporate clients.• Document "to-be" system functionalities in the form of use case documents, activity diagrams and key rules (business and data) governing the application. Prepare Use cases for development of a cash management System.
