Having evolved from Team Lead to Project Manager at ISNEE Motorsports, I now oversee a portfolio encompassing GKDC, Quad Torc, FOMBI, and all design challenges. In my role, I coordinate and execute initiatives, driving project success through comprehensive planning and team leadership. Fostering a collaborative environment, I excel in risk mitigation and creative problem-solving, leading dynamic teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. My commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement ensures the highest standards in all facets of event management and design challenges.

As a Team Lead, I played a pivotal role with diverse responsibilities, including formulating Technical Guidelines for Design Challenges, developing Rulebooks, and conducting impactful Workshops and Training programs. I excelled in fostering strong relationships with Judges and Technical Inspectors. Additionally, I led the coordination efforts with the Event Management Team, ensuring seamless execution.

As a former technical team member, I excelled in mentoring teams, addressing challenges, and providing insightful guidance. My role involved conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections, utilizing both online and offline methods to ensure quality and compliance. I was adept at reviewing and submitting detailed reports, including DFMEA, DVP, DSS, EDR, and CRD, showcasing my commitment to maintaining rigorous design and development standards.
