The new responsibility will further push my… Show more As a Payroll Product owner for Tesco, I have played a key role in successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solution for 240K+ colleagues as of October 2021. Proven track record in delivering the Payroll design by achieving 99.99% pay accuracy in Payroll Comparison Testing. My role has further expanded in completing the requirements for selecting new Payroll solution for complex business areas such as Distribution & Isle of Man. The new responsibility will further push my capabilities in areas such as scoring & selecting solution which is future fit for Tesco. Also, I support in rolling out the Oracle HCM cloud solution to countries like India, adding addition legal entities within UK.I work with dream team of Product Owners in areas like Core HR, T&A, Benefits for successful delivery. Key Responsibilities include -Collection and Simplification of Business RequirementsFix some of the Key issues in Paying people through Legacy Payroll experienceKey Design Decisions to ensure cloud product is not customised to greater extentReview Oracle release updates and take advantage of the new functionalities Review Payroll Product Roadmap Unit Acceptance TestingMaintenance of Payroll Product with regular reviews of upcoming changesLeveraging the new age technology to automate the process thus reducing manual interventionForesee the Product Readiness to support future rollout / releaseResponsible for the readiness of the product before the execution of Payroll Comparison TestingSupport Payroll Comparison testing by clarifying the business rules and justify the Pay differencesI achieve the above by working collaboratively with Head Of Products & wider teams in Tesco such as Tesco India & UK Engineering, Oracle Consultants, Rewards, Policy, Stores, Office, Call centres & Tesco BankIn addition, I work alongside Payroll Operations in India in upscaling the Payroll knowledge for a team of 30+ & resolve any issues post implementation.
