Projects Head
Current• Lead end-to-end management of ESCO and Full Turnkey projects from negotiations to completion.• Manage project scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet client requirements and timelines.• Negotiate contracts and secure Purchase Orders (PO) to kick off project activities with clear deliverables.• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and quality adherence.• Develop project plans encompassing budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.• Oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and billing.• Drive invoicing and payment follow-ups to maintain cash flow and meet financial targets.• Identify and resolve project issues proactively, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost profitability.• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for updates and feedback.• Monitor project KPIs to ensure performance metrics are met and take corrective actions as needed.• Promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.• Mentor team members, and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with ISO and IMS.
