In charge of the equipments quality certification. All equipments planning to be purchased are to tested by getting the demo of the equipment before making the final decision. Improving the preventive maintenance procedures of various equipments in different departments for increasing the life of the equipments and the consumables.Giving the technical details of the equipments to the technical committee for the finalization of the equipments.Have been a part of the team in installation of the ROBOTIC SURGICAL SYSTEM procured from Davinci Surgical Systems, USA used for the performing keyhole cardio thoracic surgery. Have been a part of the team in installing the Telemedicine system used for the benefit of rural patients. Undergone training for various equipments located in various department of the Hospital viz. Biochemistry, Pathology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, non-invasive diagnostics, Radiology, Critical care, Cardio thoracic Surgery etc.Also involved in the establishment of Letter of credit with the principles of various vendors located abroad and in clearance of the equipment from the customs with the interaction with the custom clearance agents and customs officials.
