During my stint with various companies in the past, I was exposed to Personnel and HR functions and have had gained a lot of experience in the areas by dint of my devotion and dedication and the zeal to learn more and more about the functions in the related areas. My experience over the years has instilled in me confidence to plunge even more into depth of knowledge and strengthened my belief that learning is all about keeping abreast with the latest evolution of ideas, concepts and thoughts about the areas.
