Project on 2 wheeler engines (Bikes & scooters) specifically ranges from 50 cc to 1800 cc- Associated with New Parts development & VA-VE for existing components- Complete Layout Inspection of components as per drawing specification requirements- Supplier process audits according to process control plan & verification of corrective actions and horizontal deployment of improvements in other areas- Analysis of defects reported from assembly lines as well as from markets

R&D centre of Eicher Tractors:- Reverse engineering of Hitch control valve (Bosch Rexroth : EHR5-OC) for Electro-Hydraulic lifting unit as well as header height control in Tractor.- Designed layout of work flow and 2D drawings of all child parts in Auto-Cad along with 3D model in Pro-E.- Reverse engineering of mechanical steering unit (ZF Steering) used in Tractor.

Supply chain management:- Gained exposure on assembly of Back-hoe loaders- Study of PPAP documents for new development parts as per BOM (Bill of Materials)
