I am a graduate of the University of PUNE (batch 1991) having good experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation. Beginning from my career I had commissioned Cement, Steel, Chemical, and solar power plants. I wore multiple hats since the beginning of my career. I worked as a supervisor during the initial stages and through experience, I developed my management skills.During the managerial position, I dealt with manpower management, Budgeting, day-to-day maintenance checks, Preventive and breakdown checks, and inventory system maintenance, SCM follow-up for materials. Through all the stages of my career, I learned the management system for a smooth operation of the Project/Plant for zero breakdown and smooth function of the activities. Today, with 30 years of quality experience with a good understanding of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation system (Allen-Bradley, Honeywell DCS, Micro Relay's, Sub-Station Automation).Since 2008, I switched my career to the Solar Power Plants, and during my first plant I worked with Tata BP-SOLAR (1.2 MwP), and from there onwards I worked with Titan Solar and various other organizations. One of the prestigious projects is the 2MwP Rooftop for Mushroom Plant using String Inverters (ReFuSol). The same plant was maintained by us for 6 months for tuning of the system. (Photos attached in portfolio)My second prestigious project is a 2x17MW ground-mounted solar power plant for battery charging of the Submarine Batteries. I alone worked on the ideal design, erection, and commissioning activities, and completed the project in time with huge success.Afterward, I was in charge of 365MW (6x50MW, 3x15MW, 1x 20MW (Tracking), 2MW Rooftop) and completed them at various places and the highlight of these projects was in-time completion which saved 3.8% of the actual project cost. For this success, efforts were made with various departments like SCM, Accounts, Engineering, and Managing the Sub-Contractors.I am well versed with PVSys, Design, Technical Suggestions, Site Preparation, Liasoning, and Commissioning of any type of Solar power plant and Energy Storage System.
