 Lead the state office working and directly managing the programme team at state level , and ensure achievement of programme goals in a cost-effective and timely manner.  Partner with the M.P govt, MPRLP ,NABARD and other civil society for enhancing Agri livelihood among tribal community. Ensuring the effective management of the staff (programme/ project coordinators) and providing appropriate, timely and practical support in designing, developing and delivering programmes of a high quality. Coordinated for ensuring that administrative and other support is being provided to the staff reporting functionally to other units. Networking and liaising with the external stakeholders including Government Departments and other like-minded organizations at the state and district levels Identifying opportunities and contributing to the undertaking advocacy initiatives at state and district levels in coordination with the Head office. Innovated and implemented various agriculture livelihood activities with tribal community.  Developed partnership with NGOs & the PRIs . Instrumental in Formulating Micro plan of 40 villages for implementation of Water shed.

 Coordinated no of civil societies who were partner with the Habitat polytech for implementing Urban poverty alleviation program Instrumental in Identifying suitable partners for achieving the vision and mission of Habitat Polytech . Reviewing and recommending partner proposals, operational plans, including budgets and obtaining approval for these from the competent authority  Ensured proper selection process, on-going monitoring and support of NGO Partners. Closely monitored partners through regular field visits and reporting the progress to ensure achievement of envisaged objectives Identifying capacity enhancement measures for partners for formation and development of strategy framework programme implementation  Actively involved in alliance building with various stake holders and build informal institutions “Delhi Action Group (DAG)" a group of civil societies, MCD and UNICEF supported by USAID for addressing the urban poverty issues for the urban poor.  Instrumental in preparing a massive plan for social rehabilitation with other stake holders. Explored different livelihood option for the rehabilitated youth and women.
