• Perform packages assigned independently with minimum guidance from the seniors in the discipline.• Understand, interpret and prepare RC detail drawings and bar bending schedules• Create a concrete model using Tekla & Revit structure.• Convert IFC file to the Tekla model and preparing a 3D reinforced model using Tekla structures to produce RC drawings with Bar Bending Schedule.• Perform clash check in tekla and naviswork manage & export the clash report file.• Produce cast unit drawing (2D drawings) from the approved models and perform bar labeling & tagging with Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

• Structural Draughting and detailing by using rebar cad software.• Studying & collecting data’s from client contract drawings (include structural Architecture & MEP drawing).• Prepare Drawing estimate Work Sheet and planning for the drawing submittal dates.• Prepare queries regarding the project and raise RFI (Request For Information) if any need.• Produce Rebar shop drawing and create BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) accordingly.• Doing quality checking and ensure the error free rebar shop drawings.• Submit the fabrication drawing to Engineer/Architect/General contractor for Approval and make sure the placer requirements.• Communicate withe the project manager regarding all the questions on the project.• Doing revisions per Engineer Markup Drawing (EMD) & General contractors comments.• Create Change Notice (CN) & claim change hours if any structural revision occur.• Ensure proper coding of all Barlists.• Assign release control code for creating output file (TSV and Asa format) & send for Rebar fabrication shop.• Compare the progression of project detailed weight against Estimated weight.• Review the all claims of shortage or Errors.• Perform other works assigned by my superior.

• 3 Months work experience as site engineer in Indian Residential Building.• Managing parts of construction Projects.• Overseeing Building works and undertaken survey.• Preparing site reports at end of the daily works.• Ensuring safety in site and providing technical advice as needed.
