CurrentMATIX FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD., Panagarh, West Bengal.• Role : Assistant Manager (Sept. 2015-Present)• Responsibilities :• Maintaining controlled operational parameters within the optimum range.• Debottlenecking abnormalities in the process to trim down if and any downtime.• Lead the panel/field activities with an intent of smooth plant operations.• Maintaining a proper communication channel across the Field from the Panel.• Timely walk through of the panel and field; reporting abnormalities and job status to responsible parties.• Following up the Start-Up & Shut Down activities as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). • Logging of Panel and Field parameters as per routine.• Oversee drafting of HAZOP documents.• Interaction and brainstorming with both process and technology vendors.• Systemising the standard operating procedures.• Observe and simulate operational behaviour of the control loops.• Commissioning activities included:o Performance test of all rotary equipment.o Product assembly testo Internal inspection of equipment.o Hydro/pneumatic testing of process loops. o Equipment overhaul. o Preservation and flushing.• Analyse performance data from the field trails and assisting the process team.• Ensure safe working practices/conditions throughout the activities.
