CurrentFacilitator and Moderator:• Conducts ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospective meetings• Make sure the product backlog has been ordered and completed by product owner before sprint planning beginsSupport Product Owner:• Helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the teamResponsibilities on the train:• Helps coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the trainCoordinates with other teams:• Assists the team in its attempts to maintain improved ties and communication with other teams.Facilitates the removal of impediments:• Assists the team in identifying and resolving problems to increase likelihood and accomplish the goals.Procurement responsibilities:Submitting a purchase order and monitoring the progress.Involved and participated :• User Acceptance and Handover documents.• Performed business analysis and requirements study with the users.• Involved throughout the project process from Kick Off to Customer Engagement until Project Closure.• Design and development of internet and intranet web based applications.•Preformed activity like feasibility study, impact analysis and effort estimation for the application to be developed.
