The responsibilities include facilitating benchmarking and determining base prices for resource units, designing methodologies for preparing billing consumption files, and collaborating with the delivery team to ensure timely input of volumes for billing. They also involve including additional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in forecasts and ensuring timely billing, reviewing and analyzing consumption files and variances with the delivery team, and seeking prior approval for SLA credits to include in financial forecasts. Additionally, the role requires deriving and applying billing adjustments for changes in resource consumption, reviewing consumption details with clients and making necessary adjustments, applying contractual changes for unit prices and base charges, ensuring timely invoicing and client follow-ups for approvals and payments, identifying unbilled amounts and directing the FA team to create provisions, resolving client disputes regarding consumption and invoices, issuing adjustment invoices or credit notes as needed, coordinating with the AR team to apply remittances to open invoices, and ensuring all billing procedures meet audit requirements.
