We recruit best talent in the industry, train, develop, and empower them in diverse technologies across several business domains, and provide them with challenging opportunities to work.Responsibilities:• Frequently Checking Positions in Job Portals like Dice, Techfetch, Indeed, Monster, Glass door.• Dealing With marketing H1B, OPT, Gc-EAD and GC Candidates for various positions open in US on our W2.• Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2.• Requirements gathering, interacting with the clients and scheduling interviews for the right candidate.• Negotiating rates and getting the best possible rates for consultants• Knowing the updates of the submitted consultant. Also obtaining the feedback to the manager.• Coordinating with Vendors and Market the Consultants as per their requirements.• Maintain good relation with vendors/clients.• Involved in executing the initial vendor/ master agreements between the companies• Ensure that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Coordinating with the consultants till they start on the Projects Also Be in Touch after Joining the Project to Check with Their Performance.• Developing and maintaining vendor network Mainly through LinkedIn. • Getting in touch with the consultants and Vendors regularly.• Strong knowledge in marketing the skill sets of: Network Engineer, Quality Analyst, .Net, Hadoop, Java, Build and Release Engineer, Project Manager, Business Analyst.
