Working as an OT Security for the internal network of the organization on the DXC Project Supporting Sophos XG 4500 FW, FortiGate Firewall 30D and 500 E, 60 E, 200E version Palo Alto FW PA-3200 series, Work with Security Cloud Infrastructure and Mobility Solutions Zscaler ZIA, ZPA and ZDX, NetSkope and PA Prisma Access Responsible for Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router, switches, load balancers FortiADC, WAN etc. knowledge and experience of WAN Optimization and SD-WAN Responsible for Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router, switches, load balancers, WAN etc. Actively participate in all the Major Incidents. Responsible for performing Root Cause Analysis of Faults and providing corrective Actions. Regular IOS updation and hotfixes, understanding of FTP/SFTP protocols, networking principles, and scripting using Windows batch, power shell scripting IPsec, PKI, SSL, Security Incident Management, BCP/DR Process etc. Planning Major changes in the network and own the task till closure. Managing and monitoring of log files of Tenable, SIEM network devices. Capacity planning of the network devices with proper recommendations. Providing Service Improvement Plans in the existing setup, identifying Risks. Firewalls (Cisco ASA, ASA-X and Juniper SRX. Load balancers (F5 LTM and Brocade ADX) LTM & GTM Configurations and Troubleshooting skills. Configuring/Troubleshooting Application protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL etc. Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports Escalation and coordination with service provider for issue resolution wherever required. Prepare and maintain Setup related documentation, operational and system documentation Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify the top few incidents , and work with respective teams/individuals to minimize the incidents
