Hello my name is Krishna Karthik Pothur and I have been living in New Jersey for the past 15 years. I have graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A in Human Resource Management and I minored in Labor Studies. I consider myself a hardworking, focused, and bright individual with strong analytical skills. I believe such skills can help me thrive in a situation whether it be the workplace or my personal life. My hobbies include chess, video games, working out, and reading fantasy books when I get the time. I currently work at CentillionZ, a IT consulting company as Employee Relations and Recruiting manager. Ever since I started working here, I have gained extensive knowledge in recruiting and placement, I have great knowledge in matching a candidate's area of expertise and knowledge to client requirements which has led to strategic and fulfilling placements.
