RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLEDStatutory Responsibility: • Responsible for all compliances under various Statutory Acts, viz. Employee Provident Fund Act 1952 , ESI Act 1948, Contract Labour Act 1970 , Factories Act 1948, Shop &Commercial Establishment Act, Employment Exchange Act , Standing Order ISMW Act, Industrial Dispute Act 1947, Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, Apprentices Act 1961, BOCW Act, Professional Tax etc. • Submission of all periodic returns like Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual Returns under various acts.• Liaison with Labour officers, PF officers, ESI Inspectors.• Updating & Maintaining all Statutory Records / Registers.• Preparation and distribution of Bonus.General Administration:• Managing employee welfare activities viz. Canteen Management, Hospital, Family Accommodation, Guest House arrangement , Get –Together party Arrangement, Sports, Cultural, Vehicle Movement & other related activities. • ISO Implementation, Manpower Planning, System Concepts, Implementation and monitoring ,Personnel Records, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relation/Welfare, General Administration• Assisted in administering a revised employee evaluation program, which allows for improvement on identified problem areas before final evaluation.• Prepare confidential material for union grievance and other personnel-related meetings.• Effectively tackled complicated labour issues resulting high employee motivation.• Liasioning with government authorities, day to day official correspondence & follow up, Travel arrangement, Manpower Management, Training of Staff, House Keeping & Security arrangement, ISO Preparation, CSR Activity.• Negotiated & settled union issues in amicable manner for good management-labour relations.• Arrangement of safety & fast-Aid Training created a healthy working environment.In addition to above other areas also handled,like Recruitment, Payroll Management, Training & Development.
