As the Chief financial officer, Mr. Krishna is responsible for all financial activity at the company. His specific functions include management and oversight of banking relationships and credit arrangements; cash management and budgeting; accounting policy, procedures and internal controls; internal and external financial reporting; financial analysis and project accounting. He is one of the owners and brand partners of Eggsplore which is a rising chain of themed fast food outlets. He is also the head of management of Maa Mangalaya Bhawan. In both these companies he oversees the revenue, profitability and quality goals as well as maintains productivity, quality and customer service standards. As a brand manager for both, he is responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company’s target market and maintains brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
