Most of my experience in this role has been acting as a technical lead and overseeing a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and personalities, who work across multiple technologies like API, Event and Messaging. I have also endlessly supported them in design and development of various business functions across domains in the Bank. Coaching and Mentoring to support the growth and strengthening of core leadership skills at the individual level are the other aspects of this role that I have managed during this tenure. Additionally, as an Engineer I have worked on large initiatives like BS11 (NZ regulatory program), Simplification (Cloud Migration) to establish integration platform on cloud (AWS/GCP) and actively supported application migration.

Being part of the IBM practice supported most of the IBM accounts in terms of technology consultation, RFPs and RFIs etc.. and also supported off-shoring Boeing projects and streamlining the delivery.

Worked for one of the WIPRO's biggest manufacturing client Boeing and I was based in Seattle and proud to be part of 787 Dreamliner project from start to end. As an integration specialist I was responsible for providing architectural and design consultation along with taking the approved design to next phases of the SDLC. All designs were process oriented and used IBM WebSphere Process Server and ESB as an enterprise integration solution to integrate and orchestrate business processes across internal and external application partners who are part of flight assembly and 787 aircraft programs. Received various rewards and recognition from Boeing for my quality contributions to the program.Designed and developed SOA based integration services that can be applied across enterprise.Provided Architectural direction for integrating customer applications and building re-usable services.Reporting functional gaps in existing applications and to suggest business process improvements.Contributing for common process development and technology insertion as part of CoE and CoC practices with Boeing enterprise architecture team.As a domain/technical lead, support project managers for effective and timely execution of each release statement of work which is critical to 787 projects.Mentoring and managing the cross site development team, leading them in decision making and problem management.

SWIFTNet migration from x.25 to TCP based solution was a mandate for all banks across the globe back in 2002. I have played very key role in taking IBM Business Integration for Financial Network as a technology solution offerings from IBM and implemented this solution in various banks in countries like Taiwan, Hongkong, Egypt, Malaysia, Greece and Singapore. I was part of end to end solution and responsible for architecture and design right from Mainframe/MERVA to all the way to SAG Swift Alliance Gateway along with mentoring and managing teams across project sites.

SingaLab is an IBM business partner and listing below some of the key projects worked during my tenure here. To one of the major housing development board in Singapore, Implemented Secure PIN system using IBM ICSF Cryptography to facilitate customers to gain access to applications on different platforms which provides services on housing related systems like booking, payments & selling etc.. Also used IBM middleware technologies to integrate applications across domains.As part of technology transition and global transformation worked with companies like Singapore Airelines, ABN AMRO to strategize IBM middleware tools as enterprise Integration solution and involved in complete architecture, design and productionzing the solution to seamlessly integrate ERP, SAP applications from various domains. I was also part of transitioning Citibank's Online Earmarking and Credit Approval System from Mainframe based solution to open distributed systems and again as integration specialist supported in strategizing IBM middleware technologies as enterprise integration solution and preparing architecture and design for messaging communication across enterprise.

As part of re-designing TradeNet system which facilitates trade and helps in managing logistics, I was responsible for collaborating with the team to incorporate new design and supporting complete migration related activities. This was Mainframe based system and has both online & batch modules.
