Capital Markets & Investor Relations: Leadership role in Airbnb’s $3.7bn IPO including drafting of S-1 and roadshow materials, transaction structuring, investor Q&A preparation, and valuation analysis. Led board pricing committee meetings and investor allocation process. Subsequently led $2bn zero coupon convertible note transaction, Airbnb’s first capital raise as a public company. As a private company: (i) led $2bn term loan issuance during pandemic (April 2020); (ii) co-led $1bn Series F (primary capital & tender offer); (iii) completed closing of $1.5bn Series E; and (iv) secured $1bn corporate revolver.Corporate & Business Development: Built and led team responsible for thesis development, due diligence, execution, and integration of more than 10 acquisitions. Built transaction execution and strategic partnerships teams, deal committee and board review process, and acquisition integration management function.

Corporate FP&A: Led FP&A team responsible for: (i) P&L consolidation and budget variance analysis; (ii) revenue forecasting; (iii) Airbnb’s annual planning process; and (iv) investor and board reporting. Operations FP&A: Led FP&A team responsible for analytics and budgeting for: (i) community support; (ii) trust & safety; (iii) regulation & public policy; and (iv) Airbnb’s businesses in China and India.
