• Working as Agent for Four mines of Sesa Resources Ltd( Bicholim, Surla, Colomba, Curpem mines).• Responsible for leading the Mine Operations team which consists of approximately 1500 personnel with staff & unionized roles covering all mine operations functions.• Develop and implement cascading strategic business plans where individual’s key performance metrics. • Contribute to the Overall business goals and Objectives. • Develop and Manage a + $900 Million per Annum Annual operating budget and annual sustaining Capital budget and actively implement cost management initiatives.• Coach, Mentor and develop the Mine Operations leadership team to build strong leadership capability that supports long term development of employees and succession planning.• Determine work force, equipment and material requirements based on operational drivers and use this to prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and business plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
