• As a Lead Leading a teams of Senior and Junior recruiters that work on internal requirements.• Responsible for maximizing client market share by developing relationships with Hiring Managers • Craft proactive sourcing strategies and channels for identifying passive talent, including social media, networking, employee referrals, internet sites, job boards, college programs. • Build & maintain active pipeline of qualified resources that match clients technical need’s• Ensuring recruiters quickly adapt to clients changing needs and on boarding contractors.• Preceding the morning meetings between recruiters and Account managers to priories the daily requirements• Partner with Business Development team for lead generation.• Manage full cycle recruiting process to include candidate sourcing, phone interviews, pre-employment assessments, scheduling of Operations interviews, negotiating & extending employment offers and processing back ground investigations.• Responsible for planning, driving, managing recruitment and HR services for USA/INDIA.• Partner with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership to evaluate their recruitment needs and oversee hiring strategies from creation to execution.
