Key Responsibilities : -- Handling the recruitments for the global Uniphore Head Office at Palo Alto & India Offices .- To actively recruit for Functional , Technical , Product development , Platform Engineering , Global services delivery and Sales Positions across US & India regions .- Sourcing the right talent to fill the positions - ( India & US ) according to the Job requirements and business needs.- Identifying & Screening the Potential Candidates from different verticals and competitor markets .- Coordinate with the Line Managers and Sr.Recuitment Heads for effective hiringIn meeting the deadlines.- Followup with the Candidates and Coordinate for the Interview process.- Hand Holding till the Candidate On Boards.- Manage the Entire HR - Onboard process for ( Bengaluru ,Chennai & Pune ) Uniphore OfficesIn India.- Stack Holder Mangement with IT , Admin and HR departments.- Ensuring that the candidate Onboards in stipulated period of time line in meeting the business needs.- Managing the new employee joining formalities .-Handling the Employee Issues related to TA & Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities : -First point of contact for all the IT& Non-IT recruitments in the company.Worked closely with Stakeholders and Business Unit heads to gather detailed job descriptions and skills across all levels for required resourcesFirst point of contact for all the IT& Non-IT recruitments in the companyOverseeing the comprising number of profile submissions, number of scheduled interviews, offer release and expected joinersInteracting / knowledge sharing with recruiters To Participate in resource planning and strategies building to meet business needs ..Working closely with delivery managers in project scheduling by deploying the right candidate in the right project.Ensured getting the best talent on time, for specified duration and within the estimated budgets shared by business headsPrepare/maintain the daily / master tracker report on the market trends, target companies, detail discussion on the requirementsManaged full recruitment life cycle independently which includes screening of candidates, coordinating technical interviews, salary negotiations, rolling offer letters and handholding the candidates until they are on-boarded

Key Responsibilities : - • Lead the recruiting, client service teams to deliver/ hire a Comprehensive Talent toOur stake holders for the purpose of ensuring timely and quality Service Delivery.• Review of internal process on regular basis,creating and building accountability .• Responsible for Overall Recruitment function: Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding, Candidate Engagement, Retention, Employee referral, Market Analysis.• Manpower planning & budgeting Interact with Clients to strategize talent acquisition plans for the projects. • Final interview, salary negotiation, fitment, offers approvals .• Final level of salary negotiation to ensure they are within the budget as per company standards.
