Supervising and motivating a team of over 100 expatriates and 200 local staff, setting objectives, administering strong business processes and achieving bottom line improvement.Developed strategy for the region based on each of the key commodities and aligned with the group’s objectives. Set up a robust structure, rationalized the existing manpower and imparted training to ensure operational excellence. Conceptualized and implemented new processes and systems, streamlined existing policies, identified and mitigated market risks.
