Business Architect
Current- Handling Projects of the clients from the banking and lending industry through different phases such as NAD, Requirement Gathering, Design, UAT, Go-Live, Change Requests, et al.- Analyzing current client business processes to identify the use cases and to determine the scope of the customization such as Requirements, Change Requests and Configurations.- Transcribing client requirements into deliverables such as design approach documents, User-Stories, Wireframes, use-cases, workflow/process-flow diagrams and test-strategy documents.- Consulting clients through various different meetings on Requirement Scoping and Kickoff, Q&A Sessions, Client Training, Demos, Configurations and Migration Discussions.- Assisting Developers and QAs ensuring successful implementation & quality assurance.- Hands-on experience in Data model design, CMDB, SQL, Jira & Confluence in an agile project.- Owned critical activities such as GL Reconciliation, Defect Prioritization, API Integration, Configuration, End-to-End Testing, Effort Estimation and Milestone Planning.
