Mobile Shopping Platform: My team developed a mobile Service and App framework, which enables 100+ Amazon partner teams to extend the functionality of Amazon's shopping applications for iOS and Android. By using a set of APIs, tools, and conventions, developers can deploy new functionality without the need to understand or modify source code owned by Mobile Shopping. Shopping partner teams can build native features (using native code, not HTML) within the application as loosely coupled components referred to as 'Extensions'. ShopKit contains a set of APIs that provide Extensions access to various services in the mShop application, and also provides a standard mechanism to add new APIs as services that other Extensions can consume. Led ARMED (Amazon Remote Mobile Execution Distributor) is an app testing service that lets you test and interact with your Android, iOS, and web apps on many devices at once, or reproduce issues on a device in real time. View video, screenshots, logs, and performance data to pinpoint and fix issues and enhance quality before shipping your app.- Hosted 1200 devices with 99.99% availability at an average usage of 600,000 weekly device minutes. Led SMAUG (Simple Mobile Automation Gateway) is an automation framework that allows you to write automated tests for one mobile configuration and then run the same tests across all OS devices and locales. 'Write once, run everywhere,' means that you can run your tests on native and hybrid applications and web browsers for Android, iOS, and FireOS. - Enables 45+ mobile teams to run 25,000 tests per week with 98% stability of framework and libraries.

Fire Testability Framework (FTF): • I built an automation team from scratch and enabled various groups to automate smoke through end-end scenarios in a short time, which allowed in identifying the 30% of regression defects early in the release cycle.• Designed and drove the team to implement the standard automation framework for Amazon Fire Products. I could influence 25+ component groups to onboard our new framework in 8 months. (This is the unified framework to automate components, System Integration, end-end cases for all Android base Fire products).• I came up with a unique approach to automate Amazon web-view and worked closely with engineers to implement the solution.• Enabled code coverage builds on Fire Phone and Tablets and initiated a process in place to enhance the automation coverage from 10% to 60% within 6 months.

Led a 25+ Netwitness & EnVision product teams by building Event collection services, Security automation & Infra teams from scratch.• I led the Security Analytics collector service teams to collect SIEM events from 15+ event sources (Windows logs, syslog, VMs, network switches, etc)• I built the Security Analytics automation team from scratch and designed and drove the team to implement, distributed automation environment to deploy and test the RSA SA product.• I was successful in driving automation team to attain coverage from 5% to 60% and played a pivotal role in coming up with solutions like Selenium web-driver, collection simulators, protobuf simulation clients to test services without UI, core-framework to simulate packet and log data tools, funball (load/perf-tools), fuzzer (security tool).• I took the initiative to build a UI Project Management tool to drive the release management seamlessly and integrated all Quality metrics to give the Leadership a clear live status on release activities. I on-boarded all TPM/PM’s to use this tool for planning and execution.Note: Security champion committee member for RSA products.Joined as a Principal Engineer and moved to Manager role.
