Krishna Smita Pathak Email and Phone Number
With over eight years of experience in social development practice, I have focused on preventing Gender-based Violence (GBV) among India's most marginalized groups, including Adivasi and migrant populations. My experience encompasses comprehensive project design and management, strategic planning, and targeted advocacy and stakeholder capacity-building efforts, all underpinned by a strong emphasis on advancing GBV-sensitive decision-making and policy implementation across community-level and regional governance structures. A testament to my commitment is the Surud campaign, a youth-led initiative I launched in 2021. By leveraging sports as a unifying medium, Surud empowers youth and local stakeholders, nurtures community champions, and aims to foster violence-free, resilient lives among rural and Adivasi communities in Jharkhand, India
