Role Summary:I guide vision building, strategic campaign design, and implementation planning, and provide mentorship to core campaign leaders.Key Achievements:i) Established a youth-led block-level football club in Jharkhand, registered with the All India Football Federation (AIFF). This club has linked over 200 Adivasi youth and children aged 10-24 to professional football.ii) Mentored 6 core club leaders who have been running the club efficiently for 3 years by mobilizing local resources, and without external institutional funding.iii) Established 30 community champions who mobilize adolescents, engage with panchayat (village council) members, and raise awareness on GBV.

Role Summary: Led the strategic development of gender programs, aligning with the organizational vision and mission. Emphasized knowledge building for program quality, donor reporting, and advocacy with government stakeholders and CSO networks.Key Achievements:i) Designed 4 projects addressing human trafficking, child marriage, and education, targeting 4,000 Adivasi HHs. Secured 30 million INR for the same from Paul Hamlyn Foundation, More Than Brides Alliance (MTBA), and Fondation Claude Castellano within 2 years.ii) Collaborated in designing a Womanifesto Campaign to build the capacity of witch-hunt survivors for policy advocacy. Secured funding from the Asia Pacific Forum for Women, Law and Development, leading to the drafting and submission of the Womanifesto by over 100 survivors to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand.iii) Conducted a state-level exchange on 'Female Adolescent Sexuality in Addressing Child Marriage,' contributing to global learning for MTBA. Findings were included as case studies in MTBA's policy document.iv) Developed a knowledge management system, enhancing program quality and advocacy efforts.

Role Summary: Led a Skills Development Project for inter-state migrant youth in Haryana, India focusing on employability skills and career aspiration building for entry-level job readiness and career trajectory preparation. Responsibilities included strategizing community mobilization, assessing training quality, mentoring team members, liaising with industries for placements, and donor reporting.Key Achievements:i) Successfully trained over 500 inter-state migrant youth in IT and soft skills.ii) Established a database of 150 employers and partnered with 18 new companies within a year for on-the-job training and placements.iii) Achieved an 80% placement rate, with over 90% of trainees continuing their jobs after 6 months in entry-level positions across the service sector.iv) Integrated gender into the project implementation framework, increasing and sustaining women's participation in training and their subsequent placement by 30%.v) Mentored a 20-member team, enhancing their capacity for effective project delivery.
