• Contacting Schools, speaking to Head teachers/Business Manager/ Deputy Head to promote Online Maths and English programme.• Booking targeted Appointments for the representative to offer new Online Programme and Donation to the school, meeting head teachers and promoting online programme for the students.• Updating CRM with the school appointments and organising daily calendar.• Dealing and assisting parents who want to cancel their contracts.• Liaising with finance companies to arrange refunds, Suspending accounts, dealing with Financial Ombudsmen Service /Citizen Advice Bureau query.• Creating and processing customers account along with flow emails, making notes and email correspondence on CRM• Assisting Course advisors, dealing with IT issues for the family, referring them to IT support.• Making outbound and inbound calls /emails /letters correspondence to family (Parents and Children) offering them help and support and one to one training on how to use the parent and kids portal (CSS).• Monthly Payroll/Regular meeting and communication from directors to co-workers.
